Key Responsibilities
As a General Cleaner, you will perform essential tasks to maintain our client’s facility to the highest standard. Your duties will include:
- Emptying all trash and recycling receptacles.
- Dusting, wiping, and spot cleaning all surfaces throughout the assigned areas.
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping/wet mopping hard floor surfaces.
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, and restocking supplies.
- Ensuring all lights and doors are properly managed when leaving an area.
- Maintaining clean, neat, and orderly supply closets.
- Reporting any problems, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity to your supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Reliable personal transportation to ensure consistent punctuality and dependability.
- The physical capability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and being on your feet for the shift.
- The ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen as required by our client contract.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a responsible, trustworthy nature.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
