Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the full painting process on residential projects. Your key duties will include:

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following:
- A minimum of three years of professional, hands-on painting experience in a residential setting.
- Proven expertise in surface preparation and application techniques that result in a superior finish.
- Solid knowledge of different paint types, materials, and the proper use of painting tools.
- Must have your own basic hand tools and reliable transportation to get to various job sites.
- A strong, demonstrable work ethic, excellent punctuality, and a professional demeanour.
- Experience with drywall repairs, taping, or specialty finishes is a valuable advantage.
