What You Will Do Every Shift
You will work in the food assembly area, plating meals according to airline specifications. You will prepare food items such as salads, desserts, and snack packs following basic work instruction documents. You will assemble equipment items including cutlery, napkins, and condiments onto trays. You will check that each meal matches the correct quantity and presentation standards. You will work in a temperature controlled environment, which may be cool or cold. You will stand at workstations for full shifts, moving efficiently to keep up with production targets.
