Key Responsibilities
As a key player in our graduate recruitment engine, you will manage the full candidate journey and contribute to our growth. Your core duties will include:
- Reviewing and assessing incoming applications to our prestigious graduate programmes.
- Conducting professional telephone interviews and facilitating internal assessment days.
- Managing candidate communications and enquiries with a positive, high-standard approach.
- Following up with successful candidates to ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with allocated universities and attending career fairs.
- Contributing to mobile assessment centres and internal recruitment events.
- Working collaboratively within the team to achieve targets and support the management team as required.
Qualifications

- A university degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (professional fluency is essential).
- A professional, confident, and outgoing approach.
- Strong organisational, time-management, and administrative abilities.
