Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods and process Goods Receipt in SAP, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately, ensuring all items match the delivery documentation before shipment
- Prepare and verify delivery documents including Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, and Customs Invoices for local and export shipments
- Update stock cards and report any discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Mark and label incoming and outgoing goods correctly, ensuring traceability throughout the warehouse
- Assist with monthly stock take activities and maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organisation according to standard operating procedures
- Load and unload goods using a reach truck, and coordinate delivery schedules with the operations team to ensure timely and safe transport
- Conduct daily vehicle checks, maintain vehicle logs, and schedule servicing to keep delivery vehicles in optimal condition
Qualifications
A minimum of two years of warehouse experience in receiving, picking and packing, or inventory management is preferred. You must hold a valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean record and be physically capable of manual lifting and handling of cartons. Experience operating a reach truck is an added advantage. Good computer literacy is essential, including the ability to update inventory records, use delivery documentation systems, and work with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning tools. Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and a positive attitude will help you succeed in this collaborative team environment.
