Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of service during your shift, ensuring that all team members meet high standards of safety, cleanliness, food quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor hourly Team Members to build a high-performing, collaborative team.
  • Assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Participate in hiring interviews and support employee relations initiatives.
  • Address operational challenges, resolve problems efficiently, and maintain a positive work environment for both staff and guests.
  • Ensure compliance with all local food safety regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
  • Current Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges calmly and effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Work Environment
