SJ Cleaning is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Cleaner to join our team servicing Bed and Breakfast properties in the scenic Jarrahdale region of Western Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Change and make beds, replacing linens and towels to ensure guest comfort.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, sinks, and toilets.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces in living areas, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Restock cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and food items as required.
- Sweep verandas, remove cobwebs, and perform light gardening tasks as necessary.
- Maintain a tidy cleaner’s room and laundry area.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure each property is prepared to meet guest expectations and hospitality award standards.
Qualifications
- At least one year of cleaning experience, preferably in residential, B&B, or hospitality settings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and follow instructions.
- Friendly and professional attitude with strong reliability and punctuality.
- Capacity to perform light physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Jarrahdale, WA, for in-person work.
- Work authorisation for Australia required.
