Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
- Ensure all bedrooms are tidy, beds are made, and amenities are replenished for guest comfort.
- Clean bathrooms and kitchens to a luxury standard, including sanitising high-touch areas and fixtures.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as required to maintain spotless environments.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and comply with workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within allocated schedules.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
