Key Responsibilities
As a Fleet Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of freight. Your primary duties will include:
- Safely operating your assigned 2020 or newer International LT625 truck to transport freight over-the-road (OTR), primarily east of Interstate 35.
- Maintaining an average of 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week to achieve the stated earning potential.
- Adhering to a consistent home time schedule, typically 2 weeks on the road followed by 2-3 days at home (varies slightly by home location).
- Properly securing and, when applicable, tarping loads as required (tarp pay is available under one pay option).
- Maintaining accurate electronic logs using the provided Motive ELD system and complying with all hours-of-service regulations.
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and communicating effectively with dispatch.
- Taking responsibility for your company truck, including the option to take it home or park it at the terminal as convenient.
Qualifications
This position is for professional drivers with experience. To qualify, you must have:
- A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A.
- A minimum of one year of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) driving experience.
- A clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety (a safety bonus is offered).
- The ability to be away from home for two weeks at a time.
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to a location compatible with our primary lanes east of I-35.

- Choose Your Pay: 65 cents per mile (CPM) + $50 tarp pay OR a flat 70 CPM base rate.
