Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for a comprehensive range of cleaning duties to ensure our clients’ spaces are impeccably maintained. Your tasks will include:
- Performing detailed cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing all surfaces.
- Safely handling and using various cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and all common areas.
- Vacuuming carpets and performing carpet cleaning as required.
- Assisting with laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and reporting low stock levels.
- Strictly following all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Providing excellent, professional customer service during all client interactions.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience and a professional approach:
- Prior experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, custodial services, or a related field is required.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including stripping, waxing, and buffing floors.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with clients.
- Familiarity with high-standard residential and commercial cleaning practices.
