Key Responsibilities
You will be entrusted with critical support functions within our manufacturing operations. Your key duties will include:
- Independently performing GMP activities such as raw material dispensing, buffer preparation, filter installation, and sample submission.
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment within your assigned area.
- Coordinating activities for receiving, sorting, and managing returned products or rework.
- Ensuring proper disposal of materials in full compliance with all local and federal regulations.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
- Upholding the highest standards of safety and sustainability, proactively reporting issues and stopping work if necessary to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this specialized role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven experience working in a pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.
- Experience with oral solid dosage forms is highly preferred.
- The ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset toward safety and quality.
- The ability and willingness to work the 3rd shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
